Quality Manager
Located in Green Bay, WI, VIRIDIAM – Has been delivering innovative packaging and print products and services for over 130 years. The VIRIDIAM mission is to blend craftsmanship, innovation, and unparalleled service to create unique packaging, print and graphic solutions. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add a Quality Manager to our team.
Quality Manager Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing procedures, recommend revisions, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Establish and execute a customer and sales sample pulling procedure
- Provide support for new projects and coordinate with production teams
- Maintain effective quality policies, procedures, and department goals
- Direct daily activities of the departments staffing, ensuring high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency
- In coordination with department staff, audit and check production items for conformance to specifications
- Establish new standards, policies, and written procedures
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed
- Oversee and direct final product acceptance
- Other duties as assigned
Quality Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5 years previous manufacturing QA Management experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Organize, set priorities, and exercise sound judgement
- Interpret, apply, and reach sound decisions
- Experience with TQM, continuous improvement a plus
- Understand and follow written and oral ins
- Prepare clear, concise, and highly accurate records and reports
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, oral and written
- Ability to work well with others
